Caldeira Invests £3m in New Knowsley Headquarters
A £3 million investment creates an 85,000 sq ft headquarters at Knowsley Industrial Park, bringing manufacturing, warehousing, offices and showroom together on one three-acre site.
Caldeira has invested £3 million in a new headquarters at 29 Lees Road, Knowsley Industrial Park, Merseyside — an 85,000 sq ft facility on a three-acre site.
The Cushion Factory brings manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, offices and a showroom together under one roof, with production capacity of over one million cushions per year and ten new direct jobs created.
“Our new headquarters will provide a permanent home for the company and will give Caldeira the capacity to grow and diversify our business further.”
The acquisition was supported by HSBC UK, with renovation funded through the Liverpool City Region Flexible Growth Fund and Capital Grant Fund.
